Nicole Austin

Owner + Stylist

Nicole is an owner and master stylist with 21 years of experience in the hair industry. Nicole is extremely passionate about learning new trends and techniques. She's traveled to LA, Dallas and New York for education. She specializes in blondes, extensions, subtle balayage and haircuts. She is certified in hand tied and hot heads hair extensions. She believes the health and condition of your hair should be your main priority when it comes to any hair service. @styled_by_nicole_o

Taylor Smith

Stylist

Taylor was born and raised in NWA, and began her hair career in 2022. She has a passion for creating lived-in and low maintenance colors that suit her clients and their lifestyle. She specializes in blonding and balayage. Outside of the salon you can find her spending time with her husband, reading, going on walks, and drinking coffee!

Emily Ava

Stylist

Emily’s favorite part of doing hair is the people sitting in her chair. She loves building real connections while creating styles that help clients look and feel their best. With a focus on dimensional color, effortless lived-in looks, extensions, and customized cuts, Emily is dedicated to giving every guest hair they truly love. With her eye for detail and uplifting energy, Emily creates a welcoming space where guests can relax, recharge, and leave glowing.

Candice Hansen

Stylist

Candice was born and raised in New Orleans and moved to Arkansas in 2019. She has been a licensed hairstylist since 2007 and was a Davines color educator for 2 years. She enjoys creating dimensional color and styling at the end of a service is her favorite part of the transformation.

Stylist

Alana has been in the hair industry since 2008. She has also headed three Broadway touring shows throughout the US and overseas. She has worked under several Emmy and Tony award winning hair stylists. Her main focuses are Dimensional Brunettes and health related hair-loss cutting and styling as well as wig coloring and general maintenance. Her favorite cuts include curly shags and pixies and anything off the wall.

At just 22, Lexy is already making waves in the hair world with her creative eye and fearless approach to color. Specializing in blonding, lived-in color, and reds, she’s all about delivering head-turning transformations that leave her clients glowing, inside and out. Lexy thrives on helping people see the best in themselves. Whether you’re looking for a bold new look or a subtle shift in style, she’s your go-to for looks that feel just as amazing as they look.

Diane and her husband Thai have been working in the beauty industry for over 20 years. Diane has been doing nails for 12 years. She loves doing classic manicures and pedicures. Diane makes sure she goes above and beyond for her clients, especially when it comes to cleanliness and sanitization. She has a large and loyal clientele that trusts she can deliver a quality service every time!

Brooke enjoys everything hair and fashion. She has worked in the hair industry for 16 years and has worked behind the chair for 11 years. Brooke graduated from Paul Mitchell School of Arkansas. She prides herself on thorough consultations and understanding her clients’ lifestyle and expectations for their hair. She has a passion for all types of hair color, especially when color matching for a set of extensions.
